I think you're going to like this one. In it I go over some options for getting prequalified, preapproved, or at least better chances of approval, going over which institutions are available on which cards.

If you see any institutions available in the columns with a Y marked under "all card issuers below filled out", please state so in the comments with any missing issuers. I suspect that due to the volume of inquiries/applications I have and otherwise that some issuers may not be showing when I check that would be showing for others when they check.
