Best Raw Points Earners On General Spending:

Venture X Business: Best General Spend Uncapped Points Earner on a Premium Card & Easy Positive Net Before Solid Perks w High Sign Up Bonus (But it's hard to get)

Annual Fee: $395 (which is easily made up for by the $300 travel credit and 10k points/yr alone)

Earning:

Unlimited 2x miles on general spending

"Book through Capital One Travel to earn 5X on flights and 10X on hotels and rental cars."

Sign Up Bonus: 150,000 miles after $30k in 1st 3 months (& another 150,000 miles after spending $500k within the first 6 months of card membership).

Perks:

$300/yr travel credit for Capital One Travel reservations

10,000/yr bonus miles after account anniversary

Great lounge perks including Capital One Lounges & Priority Pass including Priority Pass Restaurants (unlike the personal version of the card, which no longer includes restaurants)

recurring $100 credit for Global Entry or TSA Pre

President's Circle Status with Hertz

Unlike the personal card, authorized users do not get Priority Pass access (which is the major downside of the card vs the personal version, in my opinion making the card inferior for many)

Card Type:

Charge Card

No Impact on Credit Utilization on Personal Credit Report

Spark Cash Plus: Best General Spend Uncapped Points Earner on a No Annual Fee Card for >$150k/yr Spenders w High Sign Up Bonus (But you need another card to convert the $ to points)

Annual Fee:

Typical Annual Fee is $150, but that's refunded when you spend $150k annually

Earning:

2% unlimited cashback which should all be held in the Capital One account before converting it at a 1:1 ratio to miles (even with no annual fee Capital One Miles accounts)

"Unlimited 5% cash back on hotels and rental cars booked through Capital One Travel"

Sign Up Bonus: $1200 (which can be converted to 120,000 miles if you have a Capital One Miles Card) after $30k within 1st 3 months

Perks:

Limited

Card Type:

No Preset Limit Charge Card (You must pay your full balance every month.)

No Impact on Credit Utilization on Personal Credit Report

Caveat: You cannot be approved for the Capital One Venture X Business if you have the Spark Cash Plus.

Spark Miles: Best General Spend Uncapped Points Earner on a $95 Annual Fee Card w Decent Sign-Up Bonus

Annual Fee:

$0 in 1st yr, $95 after

Earning:

2% unlimited miles

"Unlimited 5x miles on hotels and rental cars booked through Capital One Travel"

Sign Up Bonus: 50,000 miles after $4,500 in 1st 3 months

Perks:

Limited - including a recurring $100 credit for Global Entry or TSA Pre

Card Type:

Credit Card Impacting Personal Credit

Unlike the Spark Cash Plus & Venture X Business, this card does impact your personal credit. If your business is coming close to it's credit limit at the time of a statement, and you don't pay manually, you might end up with a negative impact on your personal credit. On the other hand, if you pay the card off manually so that it is a 0 balance, it can have a positive impact on your personal credit if you're carrying a balance on other personal credit cards. My limit on this card is my highest limit across all cards impacting my personal credit, and that's by over $20k higher than my next highest limit card.

What's Not on the List

You'll notice I'm not including the Chase Ink Unlimited on this list. I value Chase Ultimate Rewards the same as Amex Membership Rewards, Capital One Miles, and Citi Thank You Rewards. While ever popular TPG values them differently, I'm not alone, as Lucky with One Mile at a Time values them equally as well. With that equality in mind, 2x is better than 1.5x, and Chase Ink Unlimited only earns 1.5x, and like the Spark Cash Plus, requires conversion to miles by holding on to an annual fee incurring Chase Ultimate Rewards card. Unlike, the Spark Cash Plus, there's no option to have the annual fee waived, and even if there was, you're still comparing 1.5x to 2x. Also, even if you're using TPG's values, 2x Capital One Miles is 3.7 cents, while 1.5x Chase Ultimate Rewards is 3 cents.

I'm also not including the Chase Ink Business Premier. It's a strong business card for cashback, but there are better cards for cashback. Also, you can't convert the cashback from the Chase Ink Business Premier to Ultimate Rewards like you can with the Chase Ink Unlimited & Chase Ink Cash.
