2+ bedroom suites & 6+ occupancy rooms effectively available with points. While far from comprehensive with most research done in the Eastern Side of the US, as you can see, most options are available with Choice Hotels. Quality Inn Perth breaks the barriers many think are present with a 12 bed room for 20k points. Bluegreen Vacations Big Bear Village breaks barriers as well with as much as 11.9 cents per point for a 4 bedroom suite when using cash & points.

In My opinion, Choice is the Number 1 Underrated program out there.

How to Get Choice Rewards

The Citi Premier, when it has an 80k sign up bonus, which can produce 160k points, is a viable, though not the best, means of acquiring Choice Hotels Rewards. The best means of acquisition is to purchase these points during Daily Getaways.

Getting Additional Hotel Options w/ Choice

To check for additional options, just run a 3-night search 2.5 months out for a Sunday-Wednesday stay within a 100-mile radius of a location you'd like to consider exploring.
