Whether you're requesting flights, rental cars, or hotels, please use the spreadsheets for each. Those spreadsheets reduce back and forth between myself and those requesting a booking & they allow me to readily organize bookings by chronological order of when the travel is to occur by copying from your spreadsheet & pasting onto a master spreadsheet when bookings can't be made by me shortly after the request.
Subsequent Bookings: Directory Revisions
If there have been any changes to your information since when you submitted your directory information, please let me know by sending me the updated spreadsheet with that new information & by highlighting on the spreadsheet that new information.
